Trusted Access information — if you use Trusted Access or Continuity Planning, we may store:

Device contacts — if you grant permission, we may access and collect contacts stored on your device so you can add or import them into LifeKeep (for example names, phone numbers, and email addresses associated with those contacts).

Biometric information — if you enable biometric unlock or authentication in the LifeKeep app, we collect biometric data (such as fingerprint or face recognition data) as needed to provide that security feature.

Device information — we may collect limited technical information including device type, operating system, app version, crash reports and diagnostic information. This helps us improve reliability and security.

Website information — when you visit the LifeKeep website, we may collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location based on IP, and cookie preferences.

3. Information we do not collect

LifeKeep does not intentionally collect:

• Precise GPS location
• Microphone recordings
• Camera images, unless you choose to upload them
• Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising

• Provide LifeKeep services

• Securely store your information
• Synchronise your data across your devices
• Authenticate you using biometrics where you enable that feature

5. Trusted Access

Trusted Access is an optional feature. If you invite someone to become a trusted person, we use their email address solely to send the invitation. They only receive access you explicitly grant, you control what information is shared, and you may revoke access at any time, subject to any continuity rules you have configured.

Trusted people cannot access information you have not authorised.

6. Encryption and security

Protecting your information is central to LifeKeep. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards including:

• Secure cloud infrastructure

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we continually work to protect your information.

LifeKeep relies on trusted third-party providers to help operate and improve our website and app, including cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and crash reporting. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.

On our website specifically, we currently use:

• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — delivers the typefaces used on our website.

Google LLC is based in the United States and may process information outside your country, subject to the safeguards described in Google's own Privacy Policy.
